I had originally wanted to put in Kanye West's rap from "American Boy" for the remix of "Tthhee Pparrtty" on the Cross TKRMX mixtape, but I didn't have the acapella. I instead decided to use "Stay Fly" as an homage to the original sample of that song by Justice. Well, I recently came across the American Boy acapella, so I decided to make the version I was originally thinking of.
